Short, because we collect very little. What you send us is used to answer you and for nothing else.
- The contact form
- It writes your message into your own WhatsApp or mail app, ready to send. Nothing is posted to a server on this site, so the only copy of what you write is the one you choose to send.
- What we keep
- Your message, and whatever contact details you put in it. We use them to talk to you about your project. We do not sell them or pass them to advertisers.
- Data inside your system
- Records held by software we built for you stay yours. If it runs on your server, we never hold a copy. If we host it, we access it only when you ask us to fix something.
- Other people's hands
- A WhatsApp thread lives in WhatsApp and an email lives with your mail provider, under their terms as well as ours. A system we build for a client may send its data to an AI model provider, chosen for that engagement; the security page names the ones in our write-ups.
